Refund Policy

Unopened items: 14-day returns. Drinkware and food-contact items that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after returned goods are inspected.

Opened drinkware and food-contact items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective on arrival.
